## Discussion

### Q2 launch review
Activation landed at 38% against a 35% target. The onboarding checklist drove
almost all of the lift; the in-app tour moved nothing measurable and costs us a
release-blocking flag every cycle.

### Billing migration go / no-go
Staging has run clean for nine days. Omar flagged that refunds issued before the
cutover still need manual reconciliation — roughly 40 accounts, about half a day
of work. The group agreed that is cheaper than another two-week delay.

- [x] **Go** for the billing migration on 8 July, 02:00–04:00 UTC.
- [x] Retire the in-app tour in the 1.9 release.
- [x] Reconcile pre-cutover refunds by hand rather than slipping the date.
